Stella has decided that she is no longer interested in crawling. She NEEDS to walk. I have noticed in Stella's short life thus far that when this kid is determined to do something she goes after it full force and with absolutely NO FEAR. And when I say no fear that is an understatement. She is such a tough cookie. She shakes off about 90% of her falls, and the other 10% sheds maybe 5 tears. The 10% she is crying is probably due to me scaring her and gasping as she falls.
If I were a betting person (which I am) I would say she will walk in 1 month. Just to be fair on this bet I should disclose the facts. She already walks with a walker around the house, and she can stand on her own for about 5-10 seconds. I even think she has taken her first step... She did it pretty quick so it was hard for me to catch it.
Stella is getting her 9 month pictures done- by Steph of course- in the next few weeks. Maybe we will get her standing and walking!
