Geez I can't believe Christmas is already around the corner! Ok so Thanksgiving was great and very short. D never get's off Friday so we either drive to Houston on Wednesday or just for the day on Thursday. This year it was a just for the day kind of trip. It's a nightmare to leave on Wednesday. A trip that takes about 3 hours normally can take up to 5 hours. Pass! Especially with 2 little ones who already get antsy after 3 hours (understandable- bc so do I!)
We had a really fun Thanksgiving. Stella absolutely loves her cousins and talks about them all the time. So she was really excited to see Bella and Audrey! PLUS it is always great to see MY cousins and Aunt. I love that they come every year.
So I do have a funny story to tell. Stella has been really into using the potty lately (praise baby Jesus) and she asked to go today. She told me she had to poop beans (I don't know why she calls it beans)- so we rushed to the toilet. She ended up using the toilet but just to pee. The funny part. When she finished she ran off the toilet singing and dancing "ya ya I peed ya poop ya ya boo-yah!" I seriously have no clue where she got any of that. Seriously I have no clue.
Now on to my sweet Gracie Lou. She does this squeal/scream/talk all day. Its hilarious, high-pitched, and entertaining. I feel like she is trying to talk to me and Stella during the day. She has the biggest smile on her face too. She is sooo cute! She still hasnt rolled yet. Tomorrow we go in for her four month appt! Can you believe she is 4 months?!
Although I don't remember what 8 hours of sleep is like- and Stella comes into our room at 5:30am every morning- I wouldn't trade this life for the world. I love this family D and I created. I would however prefer Stella sleep until 8 (like her big... um I mean little sister)!
