Geez.. I feel like potty training might be one of the hardest things about parenthood thus far! So D told me he thought it was time to start potty training Stella- again. He felt this way because he had checked the farmers almanac on this topic and apparently now until June 21st is the best time to start potty training. What was that you were just thinking? You don't check with the farmers almanac when to potty train your 2 year old? Weird. I thought everyone did.
The potty training has been going a little better than the last. We still have a lot of bumps in the road. The main one being when she goes #2 she undoes her own diaper- drops the merchandise in her toilet- then picks up her toilet to drop it in the big toilet. Needless to say I walk into a sh#* storm. I must admit it's not my favorite thing to walk into. Lastly on the potty training note when Stella tells us she has to go #1 what she is really telling us is 1 of 2 things. One being she already went in her pants or two we have about 30 seconds to get her to a bathroom! So we are working on all this.
Gracie (obviously far from potty training) is a crazy women on a walker. Forget walking, girlfriend is running throughout the house. Her legs are still so wobbly that it is actually quite a sight. She tries to keep up with her sister- and despite the wobbliness- is pretty darn good at it. Gracie cracks us up daily. She says hi and bobba all day. It's adorable. She also eats pretty much everything. Well.. anything a person with 1 tooth can eat! And yes that's right- still just ONE tooth!!!
Gracie and Stella play together everyday and it is just the cutest thing! It typically ends in Gracie trying to crawl away fast- but hey you win some you lose some. Stella sometimes forgets that Gracie is not one of her babies :) So we are working on that too!
