Baseball, Babies, and Beer

I just basically stole my blog title from my sister- thanks Carrie.

Soooo... we had a FUN filled packed weekend. We went to an Astros game, attended a pool party, and then had more pool time. The Kalina crew was officially exhausted by Sunday night. It was so cool to see my sister and her family. Maya and Stella are so cute together and Maya is the only baby so far that Stella engages with- which is very cool. I thought they were moments away from a baby octagon but they were able to resolve their differences ;)

The Astros game was definitely a trip! Everyone had their Astros gear on and were ready to cheer on our losing baseball team- however we actually won that night. We had all the baby cousins there plus Mason (an older cousin). I wasn't able to watch much of the Astros game because there was so much going on. Stella did not know what to think every time the crowd got wild. She didn't cry- but she was definitely a little concerned. It was cute!

The next night we carted the gang to Kate's house and had a pool party. Apparently Stella had an altercation with Audrey- but Audrey handled it well. Stella stole her binky and Audrey was not to happy. That is probably the second or third time she has done that.

I'm not sure if I have a mini bully on my hands- but I will shut that down real quick if I do! My mom is always saying she can't wait til Stella gets older because she is banking on knock down drag out fights. I am always so confused by that statement because from what I remember I was a perfect child. Stella may look like her dad (so people say- but I don't see it) but she acts exactly like me!

This weekend we have Stella's 9/10 month pictures plus a family picture. The Oprea's are coming as well to get there's done- so Stella and Dayton will get some together!
